     Ian Wilson     

Admitted as a Solicitor in 1969, Ian is Senior Partner of Dean Wilson LLP and one of the region’s foremost Employment Lawyers, having previously been a part time Employment Tribunal Judge.  He regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal and has been involved in many pioneering cases that have been reported in the legal press.

Ian was made a Higher Courts Advocate in Criminal and Civil cases in 1997 and in June 2006 was shortlisted by LawWorks for a national award for his pro bono work.

    Samantha Dickinson

Admitted as a Solicitor in 2001, Sam is Partner of Dean Wilson LLP. Sam regularly appears in the Employment Tribunal for both national and local employers and employees.  Client satisfaction is of paramount importance to Sam, evidenced by the migration of her clients to Dean Wilson LLP when Sam began working here in 2006. 

Sam’s background in law includes working as a personal injury and commercial litigation solicitor.  Sam also regularly gives Employment advice on a pro bono basis for LawWorks.

 

     Sue Deane

Sue has been an Employment Executive at Dean Wilson LLP since January 2000.  Sue commonly takes clients’ initial instructions on all aspects of Employment Law and assists with preparation of all types of Employment Tribunal Claims.  Sue is currently studying for a Graduate Diploma in Employment Law.

Sue has been a Justice of the Peace since 1990.  Sue is fluent in French and German.

We can also offer you a fixed annual rate giving you access to a member of the Team when you require and an audit of your policies.  If you wish we can arrange for insurance to cover your legal costs and most tribunal awards in the event of a Claim.
